管式固体氧化物电解池制氢性能研究

摘要
本文采用浸渍-共烧结技术制备了管式固体氧化物电解池,考察了氢电极气氛下的电池、电解模式性能。实验结果表明:电池模式下850℃最大功率密度可达493 m W·cm-2,氢气利用率可达73%;电解模式下1.5 V下产生氢气速率可达146 m L·h-1·cm-2。阻抗谱分析表明,氢电极侧微观结构引起的水蒸气扩散阻力则是制约电解性能的主要原因。
