摘要：

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of human common malignant tumors that can metastasize to regional lymph nodes (RLNs) via lymphatics. The lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis in CRC involves alterations of expressions of multiple biomarkers. So examinations on these biomarkers may provide significant valves for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in CRC. This review focuses on the clinical examinations for lymphangiogenesis and lymph node metastasis with CRC in rencent years.
