<正>PD是仅次于AD的常见的中枢神经系统退行性变性疾病,主要发生在65岁以上的中老年人,并随年龄增长发病率逐年增高。临床上主要表现为静止性震颤、肌强直和姿势平衡障碍等。病理改变具有特异性,可见黑质致密部多巴胺(dopamine,DA)能神经元的选择性缺失及神经元内路易小体的形成。其发病机制尚不明确,遗传易感基因、环境因素及老
