摘要：

肾素-血管紧张素系统在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的发生、发展中具有非常重要的作用。ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas轴是近年来发现的肾素-血管紧张素系统的另一重要分支,能够对抗传统的ACE-AngⅡ-AT1轴,发挥改善胰岛素抵抗,舒张血管,调节眼压,抗氧化应激,保护血管内皮细胞,抗炎作用,从而对DR具有一定的保护作用。
