摘要：

股骨颈骨折临床较为常见，随着人口老龄化以及高处坠落伤、道路交通伤等高暴力型损伤的增加，股骨颈骨折的发病率逐年上升。股骨颈骨折按照年龄分为青壮年股骨颈骨折和老年股骨颈骨折。股骨颈骨折亦有Garden分型、AO/OTA分型、按解剖部位分型、Pauwels分型等。特殊的解剖结构和脆弱的血液供应给股骨颈骨折治疗带来极大的挑战，不同年龄以及不同类型股骨颈骨折的治疗方式也存在争议。本文就股骨颈骨折的治疗进展进行综述。
