摘要：

Dab2/DOC-2是具有信号转导功能的磷蛋白,通过蛋白质的相互作用和蛋白磷酸化发挥作用,参与细胞内吞作用、血小板活化和T细胞功能调节等过程,并且与人体内皮细胞的形态发生有关。有研究表明,Dab2/DOC-2基因还和醛固酮的分泌有关。在肿瘤中,Dab2纯合子基因缺失时激活细胞抑癌机制,是抑癌基因的候选成员。Dab2/DOC-2还参与多种信号途径并发挥重要作用。
