摘要
Through the analysis of the relationship between the method of discretization and the method of model superposition when applied in dynamic analysis of continued-mass structures, and with the application of the correction method of model superposition developed in reference (Qu, 1985), a new method is presented for the computation of local effect of earthquake on off-shore platform. Comparing with the method shown in reference (Anagnostopoulos, 1982), we can see that its disadvantages are mended. And we have proved the necessity of the calculation of local earthquake response and the correctness of the method given in this paper.
