摘要：

Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL)suspensions were successfully isolated with theWhiteside method from 19 renal cell carcinoma(RCC).After cultured for averag of 19 days(13～28 days), the mean TIL recovery was1.04×10pertumor. The cytotoxic activity ofTIL against autologus tumor cells wassignificantly higher than that against Raji cells(P<0.01). The latter was however significantlyhigher than that of peripheral bloodlymphocytes (PBL) (P<0.01). Phenotype
