SAA、CRP联合检测在孕妇脓毒症诊断中的意义

摘要：
目的:探讨血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在孕妇脓毒血症诊断中的价值。方法:收治脓毒血症孕妇100例及正常孕妇100例,分别检测血清SAA、CRP水平,比较SAA、CRP及SAA+CRP在诊断脓毒症中的敏感性和特异性。结果:与正常孕妇比较,脓毒症孕妇血清SAA、CRP水平均显著升高(P<0.01)。在诊断孕妇脓毒症感染中,SAA、CRP及SAA+CRP的敏感性分别为85.3%、66.67%、96.67%,特异性分别为92.8%、87.2%、94.4%。结论:血清SAA和CRP水平的检测有助于脓毒症的早期诊断及鉴别诊断,并可作为判断预后的指标。二者联合检测可提高孕妇脓毒症诊断的可靠性。
