摘要：

运用实证分析方法,研究企业所有权结构如何经由经营者因素而对企业技术创新产生影响。对国内607家样本企业的分析发现:经营者工作态度和工作能力对企业技术创新有积极作用,而不同所有者的所有权影响经营者的工作态度以及经营能力;所有权结构不仅可以直接影响企业技术创新,还可以通过经营者因素对企业技术创新产生间接作用。
