摘要：

A 49-year-old woman with a history of rheumatic heart disease was admitted to the hospital because of worsening dyspnea and orthopnea with cyanosis of the four extremities.She underwent prosthetic mitral valve replacement 15 years ago for mitral stenosis.Due to prosthetic valve dysfunction and severe aortic regurgitation,she received both mechanical aortic and mitral valve replacements 2 years later.Chest radiography
