胸腺肽α１（简称Ｔα１）是一种新型的免疫调节因子，被证明能提高免疫功能，也可能有抗病毒和抗癌作用。自发现天然Ｔα１以来，其基础理论研究及临床研究已取得很大的进展，本文对Ｔａ１药学及临床等方面的研究进展作综述介绍。
