<正>类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是临床常见的一种自身免疫性疾病,致残率较高,严重影响患者的生活质量,其病因至今不明,但与免疫系统功能异常关系十分密切。其特征是:以慢性进行性关节病变为主,以非化脓性、增生性滑膜炎为特征,以局部关节反复发作为特点,逐渐导致关节软骨的破坏,最后以关节功能损失而致残。国内外大量的研究
