摘要：

创业失败可以为创业者提供经验学习和职业领悟的机会,对创业者形成后续创业意向产生重要的影响。本文围绕创业失败这个主题,对现有相关研究进行了梳理及述评,并基于计划行为理论构建了研究创业失败影响后续创业意向形成问题的分析框架,同时在述评的基础上指出了该领域研究的未来发展方向。
