Sino-U.S. Military Transparency in a New Security Concept

Interpreting the issue of Sino-U.S. military transparency only with a realistic logichas limitations as it easily leads to a conclusion that the security dilemma can hardlybe resolved. Only the new security concept, which advocates actively seeking andconstructing the newsecurity regime characterized by mutual trust and benefits, e-quality and cooperation, can identify an effective way to solve the security dilemmaand offer a prerequisite to address the problemof military transparency.
