脓毒症是当前外科领域中的巨大威胁。一些细胞因子在脓毒症的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。本文主要介绍了近年来前炎症细胞因子及一些细胞因子受体和受体桔抗剂在脓毒症发生、发展过程中的地位和作用的研究进展。
