结直肠癌组织中P4HB的表达及意义

摘要：
目的:探究P4HB蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义分析。方法:检测多种结直肠癌细胞系中P4HB的转录和表达水平。对136例结直肠癌患者的病理切片进行病理检查,并与临床结合,检查其相关性;部分新鲜组织提取总mRNA和总蛋白。选取42例患者的癌旁组织作为对照,检测P4HB的转录水平和表达水平。结果:结直肠癌细胞系中P4HB的转录和表达水平有显著升高,平均升高2～5倍;结直肠癌患者肿瘤组织中P4HB的转录和表达水平有显著升高,转录水平升高5倍左右,表达水平升高2倍左右。经病理切片检查后,发现P4HB的高表达与肿瘤组织的分化程度密切相关,与性别和年龄无关。结论:结直肠癌患者P4HB显著高表达,且与癌症分化程度密切相关,可作为结直肠癌诊断和治疗过程中的潜在分子标志物。
