摘要
纤维化是一种病理过程,其以细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的大量沉积为主要特征。纤维化发生在包括肺、肝脏、心脏和肾脏在内的各种器官中,最终导致器官结构扭曲和严重功能障碍。1-磷酸鞘氨醇(sphingosine-1-phosphate,S1P)是一种具有生物活性的溶血磷脂,发挥多种活性,包括细胞增殖、存活、分化、迁移、炎症、血管生成和内皮屏障完整性等过程。越来越多的证据表明,Sph K1/S1P信号通路在肺纤维化疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用,研究其相关作用与功能,可为治疗难治性纤维化性疾病提供新的思路和药物治疗靶点。
