摘要：

Euphemism,a universal language and cultural phenomenon,plays an important role in social communication.This paper attempts to explore its application in English teaching.It is found that as there is interrelationship between affective factors and language learning,euphemism can be an effective facilitating method in English teaching for its close relating to human emotions and affections.
