<正>IntroductionCurrent problems of health-related fitness promotion in children and adolescents: economic, social, cultural and other environmental factors.A relationship between the environment and the child, beginning during the gestation period that influences both positive and negative, health outcomes later in life.In the present population, health problems are connected with the lack of relationship between body size and composition on one hand, and functional capacity and physical fitness on the other.Latter characteristics of the human organism do not develop at the same pace as the increase of body size, height and total body weight.Reduced physical fitness concerns large population groups in all countries, and its apparent or hidden obesity(i.e.increased fatness along with mildly or no increase in total body weight) has increased not only in industralized countries, but also in nonindustralized countries, particulary in those undergoing economic transition.
