摘要：

背景Occludin蛋白是一种跨膜连接蛋白,广泛地存在于脑、肝、肺、肾等重要器官的上皮细胞和内皮细胞中,与胞浆中的ZO-1、ZO-2、ZO-3,Claudin等蛋白共同参与细胞间的紧密连接(tight junctions,TJs)。Occludin蛋白是组成TJs的最主要成分,其不同磷酸化状态直接影响TJs功能、结构及通透性。目的研究occludin蛋白不同磷酸化状态,提高对TJs的认识,深入了解通透性。内容介绍Occludin蛋白的生物学特性,Occludin蛋白不同磷酸化状态及Occludin蛋白磷酸化的临床意义。趋向对Occludin蛋白磷酸化状态及机制进行深入分析和研究,采取相应的防治措施,有助于减少脏器的损害,提高患者的生活质量。
