Titanium dioxide is undoubtedly one of the widely used and low-cost materials.Usuallythe TiOmaterial of which the grain size is above the micrometer scale and contains manyimpurities can only serve as a White pigment in paint,paper,grinding compound,toothpaste,cosmetic products,etc.Because of its semiconductivity property,TiOhaswide application,such as oxygen sensor,humid sensor,etc.TiOis also used as good cat-alyst which can destroy a variety of organic dyes by means of photocatalysis decomposition,
