摘要
In 78 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the local immuneresponse in cancerous tissue was investigated with immunofluorescenttechnique. In addition, analyses of clinical and postoperative follow-up data were also done to explore its clinical significance. The resultsindicate that intensity of local immune response is closely correlatedwith the clinical staging of HCC,tumour size, hepatic metastasisand cancerous thrombosis. The local immune response can representthe host immune function against HCC and directly influence theprognosis. It can provide a valuable reference for predicting prog-nosis and selecting general immunotherapy after operation.
