摘要：

Crotonoside is an important alkaloid component in Croton tiglium. It has the effects of drastic purgation, expelling water and reducing swelling, eliminating phlegm and relieving pharynx. Studies have found that crotonoside can exert a variety of pharmacological effects such as anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-arrhythmic, and anti-acute myelogenous leukemia through a variety of ways. This paper reviewed the pharmacological effects and mechanisms of crotonoside.
