<正>宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,2012年全球共有新发病例约528 000例,其中约266 000例死亡[1],病死率约50%,且其中近90%发生在发展中国家,并呈年轻化趋势[2],这严重威胁广大妇女的健康和生活质量。因此早期预防、及时诊断和治疗宫颈癌仍是提高广大妇女健康水平的重要工作。宫颈癌的发生、发展是一个极其复杂的多节段、多基因调控异常的过程。随着对宫颈癌研究的深入,研究发现
