摘要：
This paper aims at exploring one of the goals of Teacher Education: reflective teacher. It is based on some references from literature and also my personal understanding about the idea of teaching, the idea of reflection, the idea of becoming a reflective teacher and the needs of a reflective teacher. In order to achieve such a goal, I also designed a training activity which tallies with the actual situation in China.
