摘要：

Language teaching is a kind of art,so it is very important for a teacher to know how to manage class effectively.This article provides some teaching techniques to let more teachers share my ideas for good classroom management.It also encourages more and more teachers to think about how we teach and how to extend and improve our teaching methods.
