With the deepen economic integration between China’s mainland and Hong Kong SAR,more and more mainland enterprises choose Hong Kong as their platform to enter the international market. At the end of 2008,more than 3,800 mainland enterprises have invested in Hong Kong with the total amount of US$20.7 billion;
