前言中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin,NGAL),又名脂质运载蛋白-2(lipocalin-2,Lcn-2)、蛋白酶-3(proteinase-3)或噬铁蛋白(siderocalin),是过去几年中对世界医学有很大贡献的脂质运载家族的成员之一,由Kjeldsen等在1993年研究人类中性粒细胞内92 000明胶酶,即基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix
