Ⅰ. INTRODUCTION It has been known that the enantiomers of chiral organophosphorus compounds which possess biological activities show an obvious stereospecificity in their biological activities. So far, most studies on this aspect are concentrated mainly on the organophosphorus compounds with one chiral center. Although some works on the organophosphorus compounds with one chiral phosphorus and one chiral carbon atom in the same molecule have been reported, none has been published about the optically active compounds with two chiral phosphorus atoms. To study the stereochemistry and biological activities of mixed anhy
