摘要：

<正>对糖尿病患者心理社会因素的评估是糖尿病医疗管理中必须持续进行的行为[1],因为心理和社会因素可以影响个体或家庭执行自我管理任务的能力,从而致使个体的健康状况受到影响[2-3]。全面、深入了解能够改善和促进糖尿病自我管理的相关心理社会因素,可以促进糖尿病患者的自我管理和健康结局[4]。本文旨在对影响糖尿病患者自我管理的心理社会因素及其研究现状进行总结分析,以期为促进糖尿病自我管理的进一步研究提供依据。
