印楝中Nimbin的HPLC定量分析

摘要：
[目的]建立印楝中nimbin的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。[方法]采用ODS色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为70∶30),流速1 mL/min,检测波长UV217 nm。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.99994(0.0940～9.3954μg),相对标准偏差为0.14%,回收率为94.9%。[结论]方法简便、重现性好。
