摘要：

To observe the value of blood-gas analysisin clinical orthopedics and intensive care,theauthors employed the method in 50 traumaticcases 34（68%）had hypoxemia and 42（84%）hadPaCOless than 33.5 mm Hg.Platelct countstaken at diffcrent times varied in differentgroups.The relationship between hypoxemiaand decreased platelet count and between com-plications and hypoxemia are described.
