LncRNA TUG1在肝癌中的研究进展

摘要
肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)是我国最常见且死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一。由于目前缺乏灵敏的早期诊断指标,许多患者发现时已是晚期,导致预后不佳,5年生存率低。因此,找到相应的肿瘤标记物将有助于早期肝癌的诊断。近些年的研究发现,牛磺酸上调基因1 (taurine upregulated gene 1,TUG1)在肝癌中的表达明显上调,与肝癌的发生、发展以及预后都密切相关。同时,进一步研究发现,下调TUG1可以降低肝癌细胞的侵袭、转移、增殖等能力,还可以促进细胞的凋亡。TUG1在肿瘤的早期诊断、疗效判断及预后评估等方面具有重要的潜在价值。该文将重点介绍TUG1作为癌基因在HCC中发挥的功能和作用机制,以及它作为HCC诊断和治疗的潜在靶点的可能性。
