摘要：

辅助性T细胞1(Th1)/辅助性T细胞2(Th2)平衡是维持机体正常免疫状态的重要因素,其失衡参与包括肿瘤在内的许多疾病。胃癌是世界最常见的恶性肿瘤。近年来关于Th1/Th2偏移与胃癌关系的研究越来越多。Th细胞分化主要由局部环境中的细胞因子及细胞内关键转录因子调控。胃癌患者中Th1向Th2偏移,参与调控的细胞因子和转录因子发生改变。设法逆转Th1/Th2偏移方向,增强Th1免疫,进一步研发肿瘤疫苗,将成为胃癌免疫治疗的新方法。
