摘要：

Coronary embolism secondary to atrial fibrillation can lead to myocardial infarction independently of atherosclerotic coronary arteries. We encountered a patient repeatedly tortured by atrial fibrillation who presented with recurrent myocardial infarctions with normal coronary anatomy and ischemic stroke. We were frustrated by repeated failures because of some probably inappropriate decisions.
