摘要：

目的:比较微通道经皮肾镜取石术(mini-PCNL)和输尿管软镜手术(RIRS)对直径<2 cm肾结石的有效性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月～2019年12月接受微创手术治疗的直径<2 cm的肾结石患者为研究对象。共计64例纳入研究,根据接受手术方式的不同将患者分为mini-PCNL组和RIRS组。比较两组手术时间、术后Hb下降值、术后发热率、术后住院时间等手术指标。结果:RIRS组术后Hb下降值和术后住院时间显著性低于mini-PCNL组(P<0.05),mini-PCNL组手术时间和术后发热率显著性低于RIRS组(P<0.05),mini-PCNL组术后1个月结石清除率显著性高于RIRS组(P<0.05)。结论:mini-PCNL和RIRS术式均是治疗直径<2 cm肾结石的有效手段,2种治疗方式各有优缺点,临床应根据肾脏解剖和结石分布情况具体选择。
