鞘磷酸激酶1(sphingosin kinase 1,SphK1)是一种鞘磷脂代谢产物的调节因子，催化鞘氨醇转变为鞘氨醇-1-磷酸（sphingosine1phosphateacid,S1P）。SphK1/S1P在多种癌症中过表达，本文回顾SphK1/S1P在肿瘤恶性生物学行为如肿瘤细胞增殖、上皮间质转化、获得干细胞样特性、重塑肿瘤微环境、调节肿瘤免疫功能、促进肿瘤细胞远处转移中的作用及机制，表明SphK1/S1P在肿瘤多个恶性生物学行为中起关键作用。
