FIFA11+练习对足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和动态平衡能力的影响

摘要
目的:观察12周FIFA11+练习对高校男子足球运动员膝关节生物力学特征和动态平衡能力的影响。方法:将42名高校男子足球运动员随机分为对照组(n=21)和干预组(n=21),干预组均接受为期12周的FIFA11+练习(每周2次、每次20 min),对照组按照日常练习模式进行常规热身练习。实验前、后收集两组运动员不同角速度下(60°/s、180°/s、300°/s)双侧膝关节屈、伸肌群峰值力矩(PT)、常规强度比(CSR)等生物力学特征,以及双侧Y型平衡测试(YBT)的非支撑腿在前方得分(A)、非支撑腿在后内侧得分(PM)、非支撑腿在后外侧得分(PL)、YBT综合得分(YBT-CS)等指标的变化情况。结果:实验前,干预组、对照组双侧膝关节生物力学特征、动态平衡能力指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05),均有可比性。经过12周FIFA11+干预,干预组在60°/s、180°/s、300°/s 3种角速度下双侧膝关节屈伸肌群PT(P<0.05)、CSR(P<0.05)等生物力学特征,以及双侧A(P<0.05)、PM(P<0.05)、PL(P<0.05)、YBT-CS(P<0.05)等动态平衡指标均有不程度改善,与实验前比较差异具有显著性意义;对照组以上各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05);同样,干预组与对照组比较以上各指标均有不同程度上升,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:12周FIFA11+练习能够显著改善男子足球运动员膝关节生物力学的发力特征(股四头肌、腘绳肌向心PT和膝关节稳定性)以及动态平衡能力,从而减少与运动损伤相关的功能性缺陷,对降低男子足球运动员的损伤风险具有显著性效果。
