摘要
骨形成的调控包括对成骨细胞 (OB)分化及功能的调控 ,Cbfa1目前被认为是OB分化和功能的中心调控因子 ,其表达受许多蛋白及自身负调控的影响。OB的分化受多个生长因子家族成员的调控及分化细胞之间的相互调控 ;OB的功能还受激素、中枢神经系统、他汀类药物、细胞外间质及机械压力、年龄、性别等因素的影响。
