摘要
Objective To investigate the effects and underlying mechanisms of phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT)/NF-κB signaling pathway in human kidney-2 (HK-2) cells of hyperuricemic nephropathy.Methods HK-2 cells were cultured in vitro and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.
