摘要：

进入21世纪以来,人类面临心脑血管病大流行,据WHO统计,2002年全球近1700万人死于心脑血管病,至2005年这一数字已经接近2000万,占全球总死亡人数的30.0%。脑卒中是常见的心脑血管病,具有高发病率、高死亡率和高致残率的特点,目前是世界第三大死因,在所有心脑血管病死亡中,脑卒中居第二位。在中低收入国家,脑卒中死亡率尤为严重(占全球死亡的
