开放式创新、吸收能力与创新绩效关系研究

摘要：
开放式创新是当前国际技术创新管理领域的研究前沿,但对于开放式创新、吸收能力以及创新绩效之间关系的理论与实证研究仍不足。对我国华南地区119家企业的问卷调查结果显示:(1)内向型开放式创新、外向型开放式创新对创新绩效产生显著的正向影响;(2)实际吸收能力在内向型开放式创新、外向型开放式创新与创新绩效间均起完全中介作用;(3)潜在吸收能力在内向型开放式创新与创新绩效间起显著的负向调节作用,在外向型开放式创新与创新绩效间起显著的正向调节作用。
