摘要：

对《中国国家级湿地自然保护区保护成效初步评估》一文中使用的方法、数据和结论进行了分析,发现作者建立的湿地自然保护区保护成效评估方法存在多方面的缺陷,主要包括没有区分人为因素的影响和自然生态系统的变化,评价因子缺乏与湿地的核心功能和保护目标的相关性.同时,在数据的来源和可靠性方面也存在一些问题.文章的重要结论没有任何的验证,结果自相矛盾.基于以上种种不足,作者在文中所做出的占总面积79%的中国国家级湿地保护区保护成效为差的结论不具可靠性.
