摘要
[Objective]To discuss the anti-aging effects of the flavonoids of Oxytropis glabra DC. on the mice of senile model. [Methods] D-galactose was used to prepare the senile mice model. Then, mice were given the flavonoids of O. glabra by gavage at the dosages of 100,200 and 300 mg/(kg·d) . The effects on superoxide dismutase(SOD) ,glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT) activities in serum and liver and brain tissues were observed,as well as the contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) and lipofuscin (LPO) . Effects of the flavonoids of O. glabra on the survival time in hypoxia and the loaded swimming time of mice were also researched. [Results]The flavonoids of O. glabra could enhance the SOD,GSH-Px and CAT activities of mice serum and tissues in different degrees, and could extremely significantly reduce the MDA and LPO contents in mice. High-dosage flavonoids of O. glabra could extremely significantly prolong the survival time in hypoxia and the loaded swimming time of mice. [Conclusions] The flavonoids of O. glabra had relatively good anti-aging effects.
