摘要：

通过文献资料法,对功能性踝关节不稳的形成机制分别从力量、本体感觉、姿势控制等方面进行了分析讨论,并且归纳了目前康复中所采用方法的效果,为功能性踝关节不稳的预防和治疗提供参考。
