胃癌组织中COX-2和VEGF-C mRNA表达及意义

摘要：
目的:研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在胃癌中的表达与胃癌临床病理参数间的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(FQ-RT-PCR)检测87例胃癌组织COX-2与VEGF-C mRNA的表达。结果:所测87例胃癌组织中,COX-2及VEGF-C mRNA的表达阳性率分别为62.07%(54/87)和60.92%(53/87)。COX-2及VEGF-C mRNA表达与肿瘤浸润程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈明显相关性(P<0.05),但与性别和肿瘤分化程度无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论:COX-2及VEGF-C mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤的浸润程度、TNM分期、淋巴转移密切相关。
