摘要：

蛋白聚糖酶在骨关节炎早期是主要的蛋白聚糖水解酶,蛋白聚糖酶的大量增加标志着骨关节炎的发生。本文就蛋白聚糖酶在骨关节炎中的发病机制及治疗中的研究进展作一综述。
