INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGICAL PHYSICS: PROMOTING HI-TECH INDUSTRIES

Running a research institute with its unique characteristics can enable the institute to do something valuable and make it develop in a big way. This article gives a panoramic review of the operational achievements obtained by the Shanghai Institute of Technological Physics of the CAS in founding hi-tech enterprises, technological creation and talent transfer. Furthermore, in line with the Institute’s actual situation, it puts forward a new developmental model for the Institute by contriving ways of integrating the Institute’s performance with economic development.
