原发性肝癌患者癌组织中IL-18的表达与机体细胞免疫关系研究

摘要：
目的探讨原发性肝癌(PHC)患者癌组织中白介素-18(IL-18)的表达情况及其与机体NK细胞、CD4+和CD8+T细胞的关系。方法取PHC患者癌组织,免疫组化检测癌组织中IL-18的表达情况,同时流式细胞术检测患者术前和术后的NK细胞、CD4+和CD8+T细胞的表达,并探讨它们的相关性。结果 PHC患者癌组织和癌周组织中的IL-18积分值分别为(2.16±1.84)分和(2.89±3.11)分;术前术后外周血CD4+T细胞、CD8+T细胞和NK细胞表达频数分别为(35.9±7.2)%、(32.3±10.7)%、(12.1±5.8)%和(39.9±11.2)%、(20.6±7.5)%、(16.3±11.0)%。讨论PHC患者术后NK细胞、CD4+T细胞表达升高,CD8+T细胞表达降低,癌组织中IL-18含量与NK细胞、CD4+、CD8+T细胞的表达具有相关性。
